Never again ..
From burnt food to rude staff and under trained staff will keep me from going to this Applebee's or any other.
Burnt my food an didn't even think twice about giving me another entree, said everything from we have a new cook to you got the last one.
Then poured like a gallon of sauce to mask the burnt taste and they were riblets so they were just bad.
Basically took my money an feed me whatever they felt like and whenever I mentioned anything to our waiter his only response was - let me see or let me ask or I'm not sure , uhh how about a drink refill please - let me ask and see ..
Wow ok ..
The manager thought the burnt food was acceptable also and only said if I needed more sauce to glaze the chare ..
never again ..

Great dining experience tonight at Applebees on Redd Rd.
Our greeter was smiling and pleasant and seated us immediately.
Our server, Tony H, was above and beyond attentive.
Food and cocktails were very good.
Tony was knowledgeable about our drink orders, which was much appreciative.
Enjoyed the music and relaxed atmosphere.
Will be returning.

Manager Jazmin was great made sure all her customers were taken care of.
When her staff needed help she was quick to jump in and help.
We have been there several times and each time she’s there the service is always better!
