Out of our 4 recent visits, we got the waiter Kat twice.
Our first experience wasn't so great, and tonight, we noticed that we got her again.
Was hoping the service would be better than the first time; I would say it was about the same or worse. Her co-worker that covered her for her "10 min" break provided us better service than she did and we saw him more than we saw her that night.
Kudos to him; sadly we didn't get his name.

Me and my husband go to applebees religiously, an have been ALL over the states, even proposed to me at our hometown one 11 years ago.
But we waited an hour for apps, ordered meals as well.
When we got our food they brought everything out at once just said sorry, got our receipt asked for half off price for apps was supposed to have, just said sorry.
Do better, I was raised with my mother being a waitress so I was raised off tips.
You must put in the work for a good tip.
When people around you can seat order an get there food first, there's something going on, and did not feel welcomed
