I recently visited Apa's Kitchen and More at the Broadway Market in Buffalo, and had a mixed experience.

The Vegetable Samosas were absolutely delightful - crispy with a flavorful filling! I also tried the Chicken Biryani, which was hearty, although a little on the bland side.

Sadly, I noticed that some dishes seemed reheated, which took away from the overall experience. The Chicken Tikka, which I enjoyed fresh, was definitely a highlight!

The staff was lovely and made me feel welcome. I look forward to giving it another go, hoping for a more consistent meal next time! 🍽️
