Anjappar Seattle Indian Restaurant is a hidden gem in Bellevue!

I visited on a Saturday for their buffet, which was bustling but worth the wait. 🌟 The variety is impressive - my favorites were the spicy Mutton Biryani and the must-try uttapam. The vegetarian options, like brinjal subzi and puri, were flavorful and fresh.

The gulab jamun could be overly sweet for some, but the overall experience was delightful! The relaxed ambiance and authentic South Indian flavors made it a perfect spot for a hearty meal. Can't wait to return! 🍽️
