Right from the get go once we got here for our reservation it took a while to check us in while no one one acknowledged us. Coming to the food we got proscuito and peas pasta and chicken Marsala.
The former barely had any ham and felt more like little specs making it feel like just pretty much pasta and peas which is ridiculous for a 20$ plus dish.
Chicken marsala was also not up to the mark.
It also didn't come with any pasta. Also the bread they served at start of dinner was like some store bought cold bread.
Why even serve it at that point. As for the ambiance some of the booths looked cozy but alas we didn't get one.
It was also relatively loud inside the restaurant. All in all I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and even an Olive Garden probably has better Italian.

Really tasty steak (gorgonzola butter) and seafood! You'd probably miss it if you weren't looking for it.
Cozy bar as well.

Bellevue doesn't have a lot of restaurants with history still around.
So much of what's available is new, so whatever managed to stick around through the years is pretty special.
Angelo's, in Bellevue since 1976, has been serving delicious Italian food in a charming atmosphere for decades.
Food is delicious, service is super friendly and personal, and the restaurant is very cozy.
I loved the high-backed booths that make you feel you're having an intimate dinner without anyone else there.
Pastas we had were great, and I'm not normally a tiramisu fan, but the one at Angelo's was awesome.
Also a nice selection of grappa and amari.
Highly recommend a visit.
