This location is terrible.
I ordered my meal around 8pm.
It was the chicken ranch rice taco bowl.
When I got home the first thing I noticed when I opened the package was the WAY OVER FRIED shell that crumbles when touched.
Next was the chicken that looked days old and dried up.
Most pieces were unrecognizable.
At this point i called and spoke with the same woman that helped me in the drive thru.
While the woman running the drive thru, at times was polite, she began to try and point blame to who's fault it was that this 3 day old looking meal had even made it to a bag and out the window.
She said that she would send a $10 coupon by mail.
This was a week ago.
This was and is unacceptable way of conducting business.
Never once did she apologize for inconvenience because at that point I had to bundle back up and go back out and spend another $20 on dinner.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
All of my food was cold.
The lettuce was soggy.
A the wings were absolutely terrible.
It was literally a soggy chicken nugget with a super runny sauce.

The food was great and made to order.
And that says a lot bc we're picky eaters.
The drive through employee wasn't the most friendly and the speaker was really muffled making it extremely difficult to understand what she was saying, and this caused obvious frustration on her part, causing her response to be less then pleasant.
After asking for silverware, they still forgot to include any, and we got no straws without sodas.
Definitely annoyed, we then had to turn around and go back for them!!
