American Craft Kitchen & Bar

When we arrived it was pretty quiet.
We were seated immediately and over comes Vanessa (The best waitress).
We had a great time with her.
Before I get into the food let me just say Vanessa made the best Cosmopolitans ever!!! Goodness.
One is quite enough. Food was typical hotel food.
I would eat it to avoid having to leave the hotel.
We ordered the following - Lobster Rolls ( cold lobster) fair.
It was my first time and I don't think I like it. -Reubens she liked -Fish and chips she liked. Some handsome man came over to our table and dropped money to cover our drinks.
How cool!!!

Food was good, just served cold.
Everyone’s food came at a different time which was odd.
There was one waitress working her tail off taking orders, taking bills and clearing tables.
Literally saw 2 managers and 3 other workers standing around 90% of the time while this poor waitress struggled.
Never got any drink refills or had anyone come to our table after the food was set down.
I was very disappointed, for being in a Hyatt hotel, I would have thought there would have been more attention to customer service.
I get it’s Chicago, but for the price I would have expected a lot more.
I clearly saw more management being managers than leadership..
Went down for breakfast, an entirety different experience.
Every was helping each other and sharing the burden of the work load.
