American Craft Kitchen & Bar is a hidden gem nestled in the Hyatt Regency Chicago! 🌟

I enjoyed breakfast here, and the buffet was simply delightful - abundant, fresh, and inviting. The atmosphere is airy with stunning natural light pouring in through the glass roof.

A special shoutout to my server, Jose, who was friendly and attentive throughout my meal. The bacon and blue burger I had later was exceptional - juicy and cooked to perfection! 🍔

If you’re looking for a great morning feast or a satisfying dinner, this place has it all. Don’t skip it!
