Ambrosia Restaurant & Bar offers an enchanting experience with its historic charm and cozy atmosphere. The warm welcome from Armen set the tone for the evening, and our attentive bartender, Wayne, made sure we were never without a drink.

We kicked off with the gorgonzola stuffed artichoke - absolutely delightful! For mains, the Spring Pacific Scallops served on spinach risotto stole the show, while my friend raved about the Spaghetti Bolognese.

Dessert was a must, and the cheesecake and mousse did not disappoint. Can’t wait to return next time I'm in Eugene! 🍷✨
