Easily the best Ethiopian in the Seattle area.
It’s not close.
The vegetables are seasoned and crisp or tender as they should be.
The lentils are soft but not mushy.
The meat is spicy, deeply flavorful, and always tender.
They have a range of spicyness to cater to both your wimp friends and your heat seekers. The owners, managers, cooks, and servers are all friendly and just the right amount of attentive.
The interior decor is cute and welcoming.
Everything about this place is phenomenal. I’ve been to about a dozen other Ethiopian spots in Seattle.
Not one comes even close to Ahadu.

Lunch was amazing, very delicious.
Ethiopian cuisine was a first for some of the people in my party and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
A great place if you like to share.
I could tell that some of the other patrons were regulars which gave the restaurant a nice community vibe.
Also family friendly.
