Tucked away in Eugene, Acorn Community Cafe is truly a gem for anyone seeking delicious vegan cuisine! 🌱 I recently tried the Summer Hash and was blown away by the burst of flavors - it was heavenly! The atmosphere is casual yet trendy, perfect for solo dining or a cozy brunch with friends.
Their commitment to community support and no tipping policy is admirable. The staff were friendly, and I loved the cute outdoor seating! For dessert, the biscuit shortcake is a must-try!
I can't wait to go back and explore more of Chef Cory’s creations... 🍽️
