Zia Restaurant

We had a phenomenal night at this restaurant last night.
This was certainly the best tasting menu we ever had, including the very interesting (and even personally adjusted) wine pairing.
Every dish was perfectly balanced, creative and prepared and presented with love.
I added a few pictures but I would strongly suggest you take your own whenever you get a chance to do so.

It was a restaurant with an amazing and powerful experience meal. Literally a museum of food that you are allowed to eat. I decided to celebrate our anniversary at Zia restaurant after reading a good review about it. We ordered the tasting menu. Each dish was better than the last. A variety of amazing dishes with different flavors that I have never tasted in my life. The atmosphere is excellent. The service is amazing. I felt so good, important, wanted. An explosion of fine flavors. We got 11 tastings including desserts The colors, the smells.
Even if I try to explain the flavors I can't. The most special restaurant I have eaten in my life. Fine wine Worth every euro think about everything. Thank you very much for the great opportunity. We will be back for sure and in the meantime we will recommend to everyone

Stumbled upon this restaurant while researching the best places to eat in Rome--they were right.
Zia's food is amazing, especially for those who appreciate taking the time to really delve into the flavors placed in front of you.
The place has a quiet atmosphere and the staff is very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.
If you choose the 6- or 8-course tasting menu, the staff do ask if you have allergies or taste preferences to allow for a pleasant meal.
Personally, I will try anything at least once, so if you want to be (delightfully) surprised and have no allergies, leave it up to the chef.
This was me and my family's first dinner in Rome and I would happily come back for another one.
