Zen Sushi on Merrimon Avenue quickly became a favorite spot for casual dining in Asheville. Their extensive menu accommodates both sushi purists and those who prefer Americanized options. I tried the Hamachi Kama and it was incredible! The cozy ambiance, combined with quick service, made for a pleasant lunch experience. The bento boxes are a fantastic deal, perfect for a midday pick-me-up. Plus, the outdoor seating offers a nice escape from city noise. Definitely coming back for more rolls! 🍣
