Edison, Craft Ales + Kitchen in Asheville is a true delight! The ambiance is casual yet upscale, perfect for a cozy dinner or lunch. I enjoyed their famous kale salad (a must-try!) paired with a refreshing ginger beer. Our server was friendly and attentive, making sure we were happy without being intrusive.
The mountain views at sunset added to the experience - just breathtaking! We capped off our meal with their decadent cheesecake, which was heavenly. Just remember to book a reservation. 🍰
