Very slow, service sucks! Food was ok!

Ordered a 4 piece chicken plate with extra Zax sauce and an order of fried pickles for $18.78. Guy in the window took my payment and gave me my drink and card back.
No problem.
I noticed there were about 5 people in view from the window.
Handed me my bag and I look inside, no pickles and no extra zax sauce.
I was given an extra sauce and they have me pull around for the pickles.
The worker apologized and said he wasn’t supposed to hand me the bag yet.
A worker comes out with a bag that had a whole remake of my order and I mention that I just needed the pickles because they handed me my chicken finger plate at the window.
She hands me the order of pickles without the ranch.
I ask for the ranch and she gives it to me.
I get home and open both boxes and I was only given 3 tenders and a skimpy handful of fries and the amount of pickles I received were comical.
I’ve gotten fried pickles from Zaxbys many times and I’ve always been given a lot.
I’m disappointed with the lack of coordination, communication from the team, and I wasn’t given my entire order.
I had to ask for them to give me almost every item.
Do better.
$18 for the amount of food I received and the lack of quality customer service is diabolical.

Do not order a salad from here.
They gave me three pieces of meat on my salad, and it was sloppy.
The french fries were cold.
Save your money and go to Zaxby's on Wheeler Rd.
