Today I stopping to grab a hot sub because I enjoy the food quality.
Sadly however, my order was incorrect and made in such a hurry that food and sauces were on the outside of the wrapped sandwich.
(Photos provided) As someone who has worked in a sandwich establishment there is a balance of how much food and sauce to include so the sandwich doesn’t fall apart on the customer.
If I had to eat my food on the go this would have been impossible.
My hope is that someone from corporate/ management sees my comment and is able to provide some training to either: wipe off the excess from the outside of the wrapper, and possibly food portion training.
Overall, my sandwich was delicious and I was able to enjoy it when I made it home.

Friendly but obviously the staff is not trained or does not observe food handling etiquette.
The person preparing my sandwich stopped to help a colleague and laid my half made sandwich on the counter.
Not even on the slab where you add the toppings.
(Bare counter) The next worker proceeded to finish my order and did not see an issue with how my food was handled.
I didn’t argue but asked her for more bread and she obliged. Makes me not want to go back or at least not order ahead.
You don’t know how people handle your food. The place was very clean in spite of the food handling

They were busy.
But it was dirty in there luckily we were just driving through to get to Atlanta.
The staff was nice, and moving fast.
Everyone worked as a team.
The young man handling food and walking curbside food out and grabbing drinks he swapped his gloves out each time.
But it was dirty in there.
