My order was missing food and flavor.I asked from extra seasoning on the fries and all the entire families fry orders had no seasoning. The cookies I ordered were not in the bag. I could get in touch with management to let them know and to have there staff pay attention to online orders. I live 27 minutes away from this location and only went there because it was the one on the way home. So this issue can't be resolved for me or be prevented for anyone else who orders from the Wheeler Rd.location today. Very disappointing.

The food was fresh.Service could have been better.They did have a line of cars in the drive through. We didn't receive cutlery or napkins with our order.Makes it hard to eat a salad without a fork.

The only thing good about the store was the building itself, the service was slow, and the lady was not even paying attention to us waiting behind her, she was on her phone watching videos that was propped up on the counter.When we finally received our cups after ordering, every time I tried to get something from the drink machine, there was black chunks falling into my drink.The chicken was not properly battered as well as RAW inside, and you could tell that the fries were sat out and just reheated as they tasted old and cold.Will never go back.
