Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Wow....just wow.
I had to stop back here on my visit.
We definitely need this store to come to Vegas immediately.
Why hasn't one opened in the most tourist city in the US.

since moving to columbus i’ve come to this zaxbys about 7 times.
and every single time they have been so sweet, always smiling, on point in the drive thru, take their time (about 10/15 min) in order to make your food RIGHT, and they realllly do deliver. this is my plate tonight.
perfect as always.
juicy perfectly sauced sweet & spicy wings yet crunchy outside, perfectly seasoned hot fries, hot crispy chicken tenders, and even the toast was warm and buttered to perfection.
AND THEY DONT EVER FORGET MY SAUCES! also their strawberry lemonade is amazing.
i highly recommend you tell them to “go big” for $1 extra bc you get a large drink and large fries - worth it! their cookies are so good too i’m kicking myself tonight for forgetting them lol! it’s a bunch of high school kids working here so i’ll be sad when they eventually move on to better jobs lol.
never have i had such an incredible experience with such a young staff.
whatever they do in the future you can tell they will be great at it though.

I’ve had so many issues lately with this particular Zaxby’s at this location! The fries are hardly fresh unless you request them.
Lately they’ve been pressing the cooking down flattening them I asked the girl at the window why do they do that it take away from the chocolate chip cookie itself in my opinion she replied they slam them down so they can flatten out themselves which made absolutely no sense to me today I got there today for Zaxby’s snack meal without drink and two orders of cookies for $1.99 one of the cookies looks as if someone bitch or broke off it this location need some serious changes! If I encounter another issues I’ll never visit this location again.
I’ve filed a plethora of complaints via the survey im starting to realize this may be a leadership issue maybe Zaxby’s got the “wrong” people as leadership here there shouldn’t be continued misses opportunities daily! Attached is a screen capture from my capital one credit card for proof I purchase this and a picture of the cookie that either broke off which is strange or was bitten or intentionally broke off absolutely unacceptable!
