Got there at 9:50pm.
I knew better..
I blame myself.
I pulled off at 10:25pm Luke warm fries.
Barely dipped tenders.
I definitely should have checked before leaving smh.

Pretty dissatisfied with my order today.
From the time I placed my order to the time I got my food, it had been 30 minutes.
Waited in a parking spot for 20 of those minutes for a salad and order of egg rolls.
I walked in to ask about my order and it’s sitting on the counter, but I was told “it just came up”.
Get in my car with my order and it’s cold but fried to a crisp.
I have never not been parked when going through the drive thru at this location.
If I’m parking, I’m expecting fresh food, and that’s not what I was served today.
Also, the sweet and spicy sauce was missing from my order of egg rolls.

I was pleasantly surprised by how great the service was.
Many recent experiences at most other 'fast food' type establishments have been terrible, poor and unfriendly service, unacceptable food, and just getting the felling that I was bothering staff by wanting to order food.
This visit at Zaxby's I found the counter person was welcoming, seemed excited that I was there, and was very helpful.
The two salads I ordered were prepared promptly and correctly.
They even looked like the pictures you see in advertisements, that was a real surprise too.
I think it was the last Sunday in April, early evening that I was there.
Thank you for exceeding customer expectations.
