Worst Zaxbys in CLT, from CUSTOMER SERVICE all the way down to the food.
Manager or lead is very rude and disrespectful about a mistake her and her employees made.
None of them seem knowledgeable about the menu items and what comes with it even though it’s posted on their menu/drivethru…food was cold and not fresh nor did it come with the things listed ON THEIR MENU

I asked for the bacon ranch Chesse loaded fries got home in literally 5 mins cause they that close to my house opened the box to this took it right back up there and the manger was rude didn’t say I’m sorry about your order or nothing I requested a refund got it but won’t be going back to that location ever again

First, let me say this grilled chicken Philly was delicious and fresh.
However, the one on the left is what's advertised, the one on the right is what was served.
Loaded with chicken, slack on the veggies, but very tasty! I would recommend it, just don't expect it to look like the one on tv, and it's not a huge sandwich but for $11 for the combo, it's a great deal!
