Service was decent but food was TRASH! Fries were unseasoned boneless wings were cold I ordered sweet tea and the sweet tea had no sweetness.I really wish I would have turned around and asked for a refund.

Ordered 20 boneless wings in total . Both orders were cold and not what I had hoped for at all. The new tacos, tried them both but they were mediocre and overpriced. Zaxby’s has been steadily declining in service and food quality for some time now . With prices getting higher every day, I have decided to delete my Zaxby’s app after being a loyal customer since 2003 . Great job , central Georgia!!

Let me first say that the speed of service and courtesy is great but I have had a bad experience with my last two orders.One resulting in the wrong order and then just last night getting two coke drinks that the carbonation was not fit to drink.Also, requested extra fries seasoning did not get and ordered 3 cookies did not get but not charged for. I can say that the wrong order was replaced by management with a free meal. Make sure drink carbonation is right. Also, please put permanently on the menu, egg rolls because they are so good.Wish Asian Zensation Salad was year round.
