I’m so disappointed.
Burnt bread.
And burnt bread on the sandwich.
How to eat that?! Extremely salty chicken, I can’t even eat that.
Sauces are listed-1 ranch, 4 Zax sauce, they didn’t put us any!!! My sandwich is extremely old cold and dry.
I didn’t eat that.
Fries and pickles are fine.
A girl who brought us food had a stone face, 0 emotions, like she was angry.
I’m so unhappy.

Why is my chicken missing? Unfortunately this is the quality that we can expect at fast food places now.

This Zaxby's is always changing workers.
Always.
Constant employee changes tells me there might be a management issue.
At least five times in two months, they've had no sweet tea because they were out of sugar.
Waiting on trucks to come.
I know demand is an issue but no other restaurants seem to struggle with ordering sugar.
So who's not doing their job? Fries are never cooked fully.
Sandwiches are made somewhat messy and sloppy.
I used to like this place but lately the more I've gone, the less I like it.
I've been to other Zaxby's and they seem to have better quality food, better service and overall better eating experience.
