I’m somewhat disappointed becas when the chicken tacos came out, I got some and they was so good! But for some reason a month later I go and they served me the chipotle ranch with a lil bit of sauce and almost no lettuce.
I go today and I ask if they can make sure they put all my toppings on it because last time they gave me almost no lettuce.
And they gave me some sad tacos again, almost no lettuce almost no sauce.
Not sure why they look so good on the picture but they give you sad portions when you get it.
Also employees were arguing loudly infront of me not sure why.
YES PRICES WENT UP, AND THATS COOL BUT GIVE ME MY TACOS THE WAY YOU ADVERTISE THEM ZAXBYS!!

Writing this review live from the drive thru where I've been for over 30 minutes just trying to get some basic chicken.
If I wait much longer maybe I'll get a senior citizen discount.
It's literally 10-15 minutes per car.
Maybe I'll just die here.

The food was delicious as always but I feel as if the quality has declined a little bit.
I wish I could give 4.5 stars but our wings were not super saucy and one of my group members’ wings were practically dry.
The service was quick and easy even though there was only one cashier.
I got the wings and things with wimpy sauce which was awesome and the zax sauce is incredible! Would come again
