Domino's Pizza

I placed an order online.
When I went to pick up the order, I didn't go home.
I had several stops to make.
Once I got home, I was prepared to reheat the pizza, which wasn't a problem.
When I looked into the box with the cheesy bread.
I realized it was burnt.
I called the female manager on duty and requested a refund or either a remake.
She gave me different reasons why she didn't want to do it.
The fact that I called a couple of hours later, she was trying to say that I was lying and that I had eaten it already.
I told her, I called a couple of hours later because I got home a couple hours later.
That does not change the fact that the bread was burnt!!!! After exchanging words, she yelled that she will just give me a refund for the entire order just so she doesn't have to deal with it.
Before I could say anything else, she hung up on me!!! She was very rude.
If she treats all her customers like this, a lot more complaints will follow.
I have never had an experience like this when I order during the evening shift.
She needs to be retrained in customer service, especially if she suppose to be the manager on duty.
I can only imagine how the associates on her shift will act.

Wonderful pizza!! Always delicious and hot! Never have had to wait...my order is always ready! The employees have always been friendly and go beyond what is expected!! Thank you, Dominos!!

My local Domino's is always fast, consistent, and hits the spot! It's possible I have a marble brownie monkey on my back 😁! The delivery drivers are super friendly, fast and watch for any special delivery instructions.
