Does Zaxby’s on Taylor Road put any effort into their food and service? Evidence says no! We ordered online, as my wife and I are sick, and I picked it up.Everything was cold despite a fifteen minute pickup time.We asked for extra seasoning on fries and received no seasoning at all, which is the norm for them and why we asked for seasoning.We couldn’t even get the proper number of forks, which was two! Avoid, guys.

Food looks mediocre at best.Ordered two meals, both were not hot and my grilled chicken sandwich came without any chicken.Management should seriously check their staff.Ordered around 6pm dec 26th.
This is probably the worst Zaxbys in the gump staff rude food cold drinks flat this place keep getting worse every time I come
