I visited on 8/13/24 and my experience was great.
Both ladies at the drive thru were friendly and provided great customer service.
I was skeptical because of the bad reviews but l am glad l stopped by.
My food was great as well!!

Waited for food to be ready only to get home to chicken barely warm, fries cold, missing Cole slaw and overcooked fingers.
And worse was the fact that I felt like I was being a nuisance by being a customer.
No thanks or barely saying anything.
I will take my money elsewhere.
DONE!

I didn’t want to make this post but today I had no choice.
Last night I stopped by Zaxby on Atlanta Highway.
I waited 15 to 20 minutes in line.
A car ahead of me was already waiting when I pulled up behind them.
When I finally got to the window I saw 3 to 4 females working, and 1 male stuck his head out from the cooking area because I was complaining about the wait time.
The manager was there and these young girls found it so funny because I was complaining.
The manager was standing right there.
Mind you the large chicken nuggets cost me $9.
They were not hot but the fries were.
After I left I called the manager told her I didn’t get my tea and then complained again about the wait time and the food and offered not to write this review but she needed to do better.
Today, I went back to pick up the meal she promised.
I asked about the tea and I was told there was no refill.
I drove off and then realized I didn’t get the tea last night and went back.
The manager said you said nothing about tea.
We went back and forth.
I didn’t want a free tea just give me what I paid for.
Finally, a young lady gave me the tea.
Yes, I want everything I paid for.
$9 is a lot for those large nuggets (fingers).
Show some professionalism to your customers.
