The young lady at the POS, Paige was amazing! She was so sweet, very well spoken wonderful customer service, and answered each question accordingly.I also want to brag on how fresh the food was.The cook in the back is awesome.Every time we come and she is cooking.She does an amazing job thank you so much Zaxby’s Oakleaf!!!!

I order almost every day from this location and here recently my order has been wrong every time.Today I placed a mobile order and got home I order the zak nibble meal and wanted ranch instead of the zak sauce which is an option on the app all to get home and it’s just bread and chicken tenders.I think this may be the last time I order at this one it’s just something some wash and common if I wanted chicken tenders and bread I would get my usual meal with just the chicken tenders

Went through Drive thru ordered 5 finger plate double fries and 4 finger plate double fries.As I get my food, I think you know what my girl usually checks it, but I’m like they know what they doing- it’s not busy….Well I’ll be damned lol got two 4 finger plates.The difference between 13.39 and 12.19 now seem very vast to me lol at least I got the extra sauce I paid for , I tell myself! 🤣 I then say, at least I can do the survey get a FREE BIG ZAX SNAK, with a purchase of a Big Zax SNAK- lol only to do the survey and at the end when it’s ask was I dissatisfied during my visit, once I clicked yes it just timed out.No thank you no warning code no validation code that I went through and took the survey and the one thing I marked highly dissatisfied was the accuracy of order- bring items missing. Guess I learned two valuable lessons! 1.Come at your own risk, knowing you’ll have to check to make sure you get what you paid for also knowing that once you leave you’re left with little to no recourse outside of being treated like Aladdin before finding Genie-when going in to claim your missing item, or dealing with what I went through today with nobody answering the phone, and not having your survey go through (possibly due to it not being a 5 star review) 2.Always check your food even if it’s not busy because the potential for a mess up is moderate to high
