Zanmi is a vibrant gem on Nostrand Ave! 🌟 From the moment I stepped in, the cozy, casual atmosphere felt welcoming. The herring shitay appetizer was a standout - perfectly spiced and bursting with flavor!

My rice bowl with chicken was hearty, and while the goat meat in my Soup Joumou could have been more tender, the overall taste was delightful. The crab cakes were a real treat too!

Kudos to the friendly service; our bartender Romeo made us feel right at home. I can’t wait to return for more deliciousness and maybe even some karaoke on a Wednesday! 🎤💃
