I placed an online order on the subway app, showed up at the store when the app told me the store would have it ready, and found out that they hadn’t even started my order.The employees proceeded to tell me that they would get to it when the line of customers ended, which it of course took forever to.50 minutes from the time I placed my order to when I received my food, from a fast food restaurant.Terrible experience, atrocious customer service, rude employees, do not recommend the online ordering at all.
The atmosphere and staff was awesome but the thing I didn’t like here was they doesn’t give the tips to their hardworking employees.Instead they take all the money and put it into the cash box which directly goes to the owner.
The store is doing a remodel while open which I understand.What I don't understand is not having a menu for your customers, even if it was just a print out or something.I order my sandwich and I had a coupon, $8.99 for a footlong meal.I give it at checkout and I am told the sandwich I ordered isn't included.I read the fine print with the exclusions and the sandwich I had ordered was not excluded.I tell the person who rang me up, they said ok one minute and they motioned to a man (who was the only one not in a uniform and older) to come over.I step to the side so I'm not in other customers way.After a few minutes of the man scrolling on his phone someone else behind the counter asks me if I need help.I said I'm waiting to speak to the manager.She says he's not here.She then argues with me that the sandwich isn't included and doesn't give me the difference back or the drink and chips.So I ended up paying almost $14 for a footlong by itself instead of under $10 for a footlong meal.A true mixture of not knowing and not caring which equals terrible customer service and experience.
