If you're in San Jose, Yummy Trieu Chau is a must-try! 🍜 I indulged in the #2 Chao Zhou dry egg noodles and was blown away. The combination of shrimp, pork, and that rich beef bone marrow on the side was divine. The noodle texture was just right, and the homemade sauce added a delightful kick.

The atmosphere is casual, perfect for a quick bite, and their fast service never disappoints! Just be prepared for limited parking during lunchtime. Can’t wait to go back for another bowl of deliciousness! 😋
