Yummy Pollo is an absolute gem in Louisville! 🌟 We visited for lunch and ordered a whole chicken, which came with two generous sides. The chicken was incredibly juicy with a crispy skin, and the cilantro rice was wonderfully moist.

I adored the yucca fries - golden and crisp, especially when paired with the cilantro sauce! The garlic aioli added a delightful kick.
