Yukiyama Japanese Restaurant is a hidden gem in Pittsburgh! 🌟 We've been craving authentic Japanese food since returning from Japan, and Yukiyama did not disappoint.

The gyoza were soft and bursting with flavor, and the chicken katsu was perfectly crispy and tender. My husband loved his chashu ramen, packed with rich pork and noodles.

Plus, their sushi is the star of the show - huge portions and incredibly fresh! The salmon avocado roll blew me away! 🍣

With fast service and a cozy vibe, we can't wait to come back and try more dishes... Definitely a must-visit!
