The Yue Huang Restaurant is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the Sacramento area.
I've been here many times for Dim Sum or dinner.
It always tasted good.
I always received good service. The dining room is beautiful in Yue Huang Restaurant.
They have different sections where you can host a big or small group of people. The parking lot is usually busy when I'm there, especially if they have a big party.
Try to come early to ensure you can get a parking space near the restaurant.

This is some of the best dim sum you can find in Sacramento.
They have a huge selection of dim sum items as well as entree items.
All of the food came out quick, with the exception of a couple entrees.
The only reason for reducing a star from my rating was because they are VERY slow.
After we were seated it took 35 minutes for someone to greet us at our table and take our drink order.
It took another 25 minutes for someone to come back with our drinks after taking the drink order.
Then it took even longer just to order.

very mediocre Cantonese food at a price premium.
The Char Siu had a huge blob of hard fat in the middle that cannot be chewed.
The noodles were all short pieces clumped together into balls - I have never seen this in my life at restaurants and I cant believe the chef who made this thinks this is acceptable.
After talking to the manager they said this is due to the noodle supplier which is a bit ridiculous.
