We had a massive order (30+ items) - despite the storm, Kelly was able to get it done earlier than promised on a Sunday.
Even drove one missing item to us when we discovered it.

I ordered a very simple sandwich at 12:17pm and my food was supposed to be done at 12:33pm.
I work across the street so I clocked out for my lunch at 12:31pm thinking it would be done by the time I got there.
My food was not done until 12:45pm.
Very disappointed in the service but the sandwich was delicious.

Ordered a large box (four sandwiches and condiments) for a lunch event at the local high school.
Staff was very helpful over the phone and had everything ready when I arrived.
Everyone agreed the sandwiches were delicious, and I was very happy with the whole process.
