I recently visited Yoshi Hibachi Grill and was excited to try their shrimp and chicken hibachi. The casual atmosphere matched the affordable pricing, making it a decent spot for a quick bite.

While the seasoning was great, the dish was swimming in sauce, and the rice wasn't what I expected. I tried to elevate it at home, but it’s definitely not the hibachi experience I was hoping for.

Perhaps just a rough day in the kitchen? I’ll give it another shot and try the Salmon Hibachi next time...🤔
