York Pizza, Subs & Wings More

So, I've never had an issue with them before tonight.
I got home to find a long black hair in my food so I called about it.
The man on the phone acted confused & then proceeded to tell me theirs no woman working in their but a woman handed me my food.
Then says ill note it then proceeded to hang up.
I was very polite he was very rude.
I need to be contacted by an owner or someone of importance.
I've been going their for years.
This is a first.

I'm genuinely surprised to see some negative reviews because my experience with this restaurant has been consistently fantastic.
My family and I have ordered from here several times, and we can't say enough good things about it. The food is not just great; it's our go-to comfort meal that helps us get through the day.
The flavors are always on point, and the portions are generous.
From the first bite to the last, every dish has been a delight. We truly appreciate the effort and dedication of the staff.
They have consistently provided us with excellent service and ensured our orders arrive on time, even during busy hours. I must also mention the wonderful delivery driver.
Their exceptional customer service and warm greetings make our dining experience even more enjoyable.
It's clear that the restaurant takes pride in not only their food but also the entire dining experience. However, if there's one thing that I could suggest for improvement, it would be having more patience on the phone.
Sometimes, during peak hours, it can be a bit challenging to get through, and a little more patience from the staff in handling phone orders would be greatly appreciated. In short, if you're looking for delicious food that never disappoints, a restaurant that cares about its customers, and a delivery service that goes above and beyond, give this place a try.
It's become a cherished part of our dining routine, and we can't recommend it enough!

I ordered a large cheese pizza and 6 wings and fries.
When my order arrived, they gave me old refried chicken.
I submitted pictures below.
When I called to complain, the guy who took my order was rude and didn't want to hear anything that I had to say.
He kept cutting me off.
Their way of fixing the issue was to tell me to bring the food back because they were busy.
If I felt like driving, I would have never had my food delivered.
Just know I won't be ordering from them again.
They are way too inconsistent.
