December 05, 2024I decided to give Yangtze River a shot despite its unassuming exterior. The casual vibe is fitting for a fast-food Chinese takeaway. I ordered the salt and chilli crispy chicken, which was decent but probably could use a bit more crunch. The fried rice was okay, albeit lacking flavor. It's a shame they accept cash only, which threw me off a bit.
While it wasn't my best Chinese meal, the prices are very budget-friendly. I'll probably explore other options next time...
