Easterbrook Bistro, Bar & Spa offers a delightful escape within the Dumfries Campus. I recently indulged in their small plates deal - four for £25 - and each dish was mouthwatering and satisfying! The ambiance is relaxed, adorned with interesting art, making it a pleasant backdrop. While some areas were a bit chilly, the warm service balanced it out. I also appreciated the added charm of being close to the spa for a post-meal unwind. Definitely a spot I'll revisit! 🌟
