Ximena Food is a hidden gem in Corpus Christi! 🌮 Their street tacos are a must-try - 5 delicious tacos with double corn tortillas, topped with cilantro and grilled onions. The Ranchero beans could use a tad more flavor, but overall, the meal is satisfying.

I also indulged in the handmade gorditas - one with asada beef and the other with chicharrón. For only $4 each, they’re a steal! The vibe is casual and trendy, with friendly service to match. If you're in the area, make sure to stop by for some authentic Mexican comfort food! 💕
