Laredo Taco Company was a hidden gem in Corpus Christi! 🌮 The breakfast tacos were an absolute highlight - spicy chorizo and scrambled eggs wrapped in warm, fresh tortillas.

The casual vibe made it perfect for a quick morning bite or lunch on the go. I loved that they offered both delivery and takeaway, making it super convenient.

However, I was disappointed to find out that the place is now closed. I wish I had the chance to return for more delicious tacos! 🌟
