WVRST is a casual spot in Union Station that delivers a fun atmosphere, especially on game days. I tried their veggie burger, which was a pleasant surprise - soft, flavorful, and paired nicely with crispy duck fat fries. The service was friendly, but it did get a little hectic as it filled up with the afternoon crowd. Just a heads up, it can get loud when there's a game on!
