I visited Hong Shing Restaurant recently and enjoyed a lovely dinner with friends. We dove into the sweet and sour pork, which was delightfully tangy, and the crispy beef with its sweet ginger soy glaze was a standout!

The rice noodle with beef was very flavorful, too. The casual atmosphere made it a great venue for our group. Happy hour offered some fantastic drink specials; we tried the Baijiu cocktail, which packed quite the punch!
