Have you ever tried an authentic food? You should try.New York is an amazing place where diversity of culture is shared. If you want to try Chinese cuisine you can start from Ave U in Brooklyn.Freshly made, delicious and very affordable. Wing Hing Seafood Restaurant is one of my favourite ones.20$ bill for two in lunch time.Isn’t that amazing? And overall you will never regret the food.Hot, fresh appetisers such as SiuMai, shrimp rice rolls, dumplings and on and on….Especially in lunch time you can try all kinds of them. You are getting a special list just for all those delicious things. And if you’re still not full order any main dish on rice. For example, Roast pig over rice.😋 Tiny, crispy fried skin on top of juicy and tender meat.Or try pork chops Pekin style.Flavorful sweet and sour red sauce made this dish always a winner. There is a choice of beef, pork, chicken. And I f you are a vegetarian you will be happy with the variety of different dishes for you too.All food extremely fresh and tasty. And on the top you always get a free pot of green tea.
No frills.Just good food made to order. We absolutely loved the preparation of the purple eggplant. It came out piping hot and remained that way for the entire meal. The walnut shrimp plate was a delight as well, I was super happy that even the broccoli was well seasoned. The salt level was great and freshness of the shrimp. The quality of the meat in the sweet-and-sour chicken was exactly what we were hoping for.Usually restaurants slack off in this department because it’s fried and covered in sauce but this plate did not disappoint. In addition to these three main course options we had an order of white rice on the side and enjoyed the lovely tea.Usually we go to Chinatown for this style of cuisine but appears we have this gem among us here in Brooklyn. As we were eating we noticed a lot of people had some beautiful and extravagant dishes being dropped off to their table. Can’t wait to go back and try more ( like one of the meat platters or the lobster fried rice). This place is definitely recommended for family style dining because all of the portions are so huge and definitely worth sharing. This place would also be great for a celebration, they have bigger tables and once all the food is on the table it all looks so beautiful and special. Not sure if they have drinks because we ended up drinking the tea that was served on arrival the whole time. Also we requested hot sauce and hot chili oil which is a must on the side.
really good authentic Chinese food :) great for family dinners & very friendly staff.
