Bring cash to avoid this fee!***** This spot is on the pricier side for a self serve restaurant on Kings highway, food is good but not consistent.The chops today were tender, that I’ll be honest. The cashiers I’ve encountered are not friendly but Notice either, you will not feel warm and welcomed, that is true from the other reviews here. Another mixed feeling spot.
I was there for iftar last night, service was amazing, waitresses were super nice, food was great and served fast.I liked the atmosphere as well. Thank you guys!
An awful experience.First of all, the store is very hostile to customers and considers customers as only good for money.They don’t care about you or providing good service. As a long time customer who felt betrayed by the company, their employees treated me very badly yesterday.One particular employee, Ayesha, was aggressive to me yesterday around 7:15-7:30 pm and didn’t allow me to use the bathroom despite having a very serious emergency.As a customer who gave the store thousands of dollars, the only thing that matters for these people is money not the customer experience.And they always allowed customers they knew to go to the bathroom before.I tried to speak to the manager as well but nobody would contact me.Some of their employees are bad but you have people like Sharon who are nice, accommodating and welcome and know us and never treated us disrespectfully. As a longtime customer I feel disheartened.We’d always eat here with our family, tip the waiters well and tell our family and friends to come here.A very bad experience and I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback into experience
