Willy and José’s Cantina offers a casual Mexican dining experience right in Ameristar Casino. 🌮 I stopped by for dinner and ordered the steak fajita, which was mistakenly swapped for chicken - a quick fix by the friendly staff! Their $7 lime margaritas were a hit, refreshing and zesty.

The atmosphere can get quite noisy, given its location, but the fast service made up for it. I also treated myself to a tres leches dessert with raspberry drizzle, which was a delightful finish.

While not the best Mexican food I've had, it's decent for the price, and I appreciated the warm hospitality. Will I return? Maybe for those margaritas! 🍹
