Nestled inside the Ameristar Casino, An Pho is a hidden gem worth seeking out! The atmosphere is casual and cozy, making it a great spot for solo dining or a quick bite.

I tried the pho, and while I’m not usually a broth fan, I couldn’t resist slurping up every last drop - so flavorful! 🌿 The spring rolls were a refreshing addition, crispy and well-filled.

A heads up: be careful with drink prices; a can of Pepsi is surprisingly $5! Still, the delightful food and friendly service make it a place I'd gladly return to... if only I had more time! 🍜
