White Lotus Restaurant serves up a delightful selection of Vietnamese dishes in a friendly and cozy atmosphere. I recently tried their vermicelli noodle bowl and crispy spring rolls, both bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The fast service added to the experience, making it great for a quick lunch or a family dinner.

I particularly appreciated their extensive tea list to accompany the meal. However, the ginger beef could use a touch more spice. Overall, a solid choice for Vietnamese cuisine in Saskatoon! 🍜
