Summer Roll Restaurant offers a delightful fusion of Vietnamese and Thai flavors. I recently indulged in the Beef Rice Noodle Soup, packed with vibrant spices and a generous portion. The Summer Shrimp Rolls were a refreshing crunch, perfect for sharing.

The cozy atmosphere made it family-friendly, and I was impressed by the friendly staff who efficiently catered to our needs. While the deep-fried shrimp was a tad overly battered, everything was served quickly, a bonus for those on a lunch break. Overall, I’d happily return for more pho! 🍜
