I pulled up at 418am to the intercom.It took till 426 to respond i got my food at 447 almost 30minuts later. I ordered a #3 with cheese only cheese mayo and ketchup.With a sprite with light ice.I paid and was asked to pull up to the 3rd window after 5 more minutes guy asked me to pull up more.I was charger over 20 $ for this meal.This is a 13 $ meal.The 2 cars behind me got there food before me.My sprite tasted like soda not sprite so I asked for a coke and was asked to take the top off.Asked please replace this.And it spilled all over me..and came back mid worm and no ice.fries are cold and this is what light sauce looks like.I love this chain but what’s up .And this was 2 not three pieces.0 out of 0 worst one in the state.I also ordered a mid onion.Ring and got 3.I’ll be back to talk to them Gm.Unexpected
Ian, GREAT JOB young man!!!! Keep it up. I asked for the restroom to wash my hands before eating my meal and he was quick. (Normally they hesitate) (Not saying here but at other locations) When I finished I noticed this young man (and only this person) sweeping the dining area. Not that busy at this time. What's the old saying? If you have time to lean, you have time clean. I do not think that anyone (mgmt.) had to tell him, ask him to do his job. Great job Ian!!!!
It's fast food, and it's whataburger.You already know what to expect.Employees are pleasant though.No waiting in long lines.Always a good pick in a hurry.
