I had high hopes for Dish Preston Hollow, but I was a bit disappointed.

The deviled eggs were fantastic - definitely a highlight! 🥚 However, my Little Gem Chop was over-dressed, drowning the fresh greens beneath heavy sauces. The Hake was cooked well but lacked flavor, and the dessert, while visually impressive, was overly sweet without the depth I craved.

That said, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy yet upscale. Perfect for a special occasion, but perhaps not my go-to for everyday dining...

Sadly, I just found out the restaurant is now permanently closed. 😔
