Who is the manager here?!? This has to be THE POOREST service at a Whataburger ever..! You’re going to wait at the speaker for all of 10 minutes just to place an order and don’t think you’re getting your food in a timely manner…that’s another 30 minutes! Just a very poorly run store and you can tell the team is completely UNMOTIVATED! I don’t blame them I blame management.
You can clearly see nobody is at either window receiving payment.
I only come to this one because it’s in the same parking lot as my apartment, but it’s definitely not “convenient.”

Worst customer service.
Food isnt cooked properly.
They're giving out cold old food.
Restaurant isn’t maintained, don't even know how they pass inspection! They need to close this location down asap! This is the bit of gravy i received with my large meal!

Stopped for breakfast before my appointment and I ordered pancake platter and I was surprised NO EGGS, you have to order eggs on the side or what, and then my pancakes undercooked, so spoiled breakfast no hash brown sticks will I eat either wasted money.
